Ok so it's been a few months since I started this journey of weight loss. Well yesterday started a new chapter of sorts. I met with a trainer! She gave me some nutritional information called Food Blocking. At every meal I eat a protein, a carb, and a fat.....basically food balancing. I also eat the same thing for snakes. Like last night I had a 1/2 grapefruit a 1/2 tsp of peanut butter and some string cheese...... My trainer (Maria) said we are an obese nation who are starving ourselves!!!! By the way, I'm not going to do weight watchers.
So today I met with her again April 2nd and we went through a whole body work out. She isn't having me do anything that would hurt my knees. It's a whole circuit of things and I LOVED IT!!! Tomorrow I will do cardio. I won't be talking about my weight so much.....because I will be building muscle........looking forward to this NEW adventure.

Where is the butt shot? I thought you said she took a picture of your behind? I guess we can just stick with what we got. Glad to hear your new excitment and commitment to a healthier life style. Exercise is so much better if you can "LOVE IT." Soon you will be one of Maria's first success stories at this gym.

ReplyDeleteGood, good! I am glad you are loving your program with your trainer! That is so good to hear. Just focus on being healthy, not on the weight :) although that will come and I am excited to see you reach your goal!
