Doctor's Visit

So after 2 weeks of NO exercise I finally had my doctors appointment this morning. He gave me an anti-inflammatory prescription, said I have to have x-rays of my complete knee, then probably an MRI. But he did give me the go ahead to exercise as long as it doesn't bother me. IF it does I have to back off.......UGH I NEED A POOL.
