Eat or Exercise?

It's really hard to think about diet when a person is stressed or depressed. I am an emotional eater, and things in the house have not been good the last little while, so for comfort I want to eat. But let me report to you all, I HAVE NOT done that. I have been up to anytime fitness every morning this week, and that feels better than eating. It helps the stress and depression. I'm up to 30 min's on the
elliptical!!! I love that the fitness place is SO CLOSE. That is a motivation in and of it's self.

  1. Every day this week? That's awesome! Keep those knees healthy though. Maybe a little prophylaxis wouldn't hurt. . .ice, therapy, etc. even if they are feeling fine right now.

  2. Well I am proud of you for resisting the temptation to eat. I really am a believer that exersize helps with depression, so keep that up!! You are doing great!
