Weigh In: Week #4

Well I have good news and bad news. The bad news is I have not lost a single pound. The good news is I have exercised at anytime fitness EVERYDAY this week!!! Today I even did 40 minutes on the elliptical!!! I love getting the blood flowing.

  2. It's about health...that's right! So just remember you're not on a diet, you're changining your lifestyle. Weight loss will come just keep it up and be careful.

  3. Way to go! I am so glad that they have it right in Winnebago for you! They were saying something on Biggest Loser about stress and how that can show on the scale. Something about your body retaining things..?? Anyway, keep up the good work and this week I'm sure your hard work and dedication will show on "the scale" :)
