Ok the moment you've all been waiting for!
This has been quite the week. During the prep feed days I gained 3 lbs 2 oz. total.
Eating chicken breast and salad and a veggie all week was beginning to get BORING fast!!! Since Rob has done the simmons drops, Jen had some pretty good tips for me and some GREAT recipes to spice things up!! I've had chicken stir fry without the rice, which I could eat everyday it was so good. And I've had a stuffed green pepper with very lean ground beef!!
YUMMY it's making things more exciting and it makes me enjoy cooking.
My wieight this morning is 216.6lbs. A 6 pound loss!

Awesome!! And that's without exercise. Imagine the numbers if you were exercising. However, on only a 750 calorie diet it might not be much better. I'm still confused by the whole no exercise thing. Hope that can eventually change. No matter, you lost 6 stinkin pounds already. Keep up the good work. We're cheering for you.
