Interesting Week...
What an interesting week. Diarrhea, a weight gain, and lots of cravings. Hunger- NO, but lots of cravings. My counselor is looking into the bowel situation because this is not normal. I have NOT cheated at all either........until last night for Jeffery's birthday. I could NOT believe how little I was able to eat.....this is what the drops do!!! I stopped when I was satisfied and couldn't believe how FULL I felt. I am back on track today and hanging in there!!

That's wierd. I hope your counselor can find out quick what's going on. Did she say to keep taking the drops? Did the diarhea stop?
ReplyDeletepersonally, i don't want to know anything about the diarhea. however, i hope you keep workin through this. i bet it's discouraging though, when it sounded so simple. hang in there.
