Weigh In: Week #9

I've gained 2 lbs....I now weigh 218.
The week as it played out: I went to the gym Monday morning and did every weight machine in the gym. Upper and lower body machines. It felt good, but lifting weights never feels like a "good work-out" to me. However by the end of the day I was SORE all over. I didn't work out Tuesday or Wednesday because of soreness. And Thursday I started coming down with a cold.......I haven't worked out all week.

(Weigh-ins for the past five weeks have not been reported because there was no change)

  1. Thanks for the update, even though I'm sure it was hard to post. I hope you get feeling better soon. Hows you're diet? Your posts have mostly been about your exercise, but what about your food in-take? Your weight watcher points? Never give up!

  2. I am sure Jeremy told you that doing all those weight machines was kinda crazy..but you are learning! Keep it up-and I agree with Justin, I would like to hear about the eating points and stuff.
