Ok Ok Ok this post is for Justin, since it has been two weeks since an update.
Let me just say the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak......oh so weak. I am however continuting to excersize. I found out that the elliptical is so easy to do, however I feel the pain so bad it's hard to walk, the bike doesn't hurt my knees as bad. Which is a disappointment to me, because I can burn more calories in less time on the elliptical. UGH
I did go to the gym in Memphis while enjoying Justin's spring break the other days were spent doing a lot of walking! This morning I got on my good ole' trust worthy bike down stairs and it didn't hurt at all....I will have to work back up to 1 hour however so I don't over do it on the poor old knees.

Working out while on vacation shows that you are making great improvements. I was impressed!

ReplyDeleteI'm glad to see you are learning what works and what doesn't. And of course the flesh is weak, how long had it been that you hadn't worked out? These things take time. Working out on a daily basis and staying in a routine and staying motivated with that routine are hard as I am finding out for myself. Please stick with it and show me that it can be done.
