The Beginning

The first two days of the "Simmons Drops Diet" was a prep feed, which means I could eat basically anything I wanted making sure I got lots of FAT. Butter, pizza, mexican, donuts, ice cream. However I did do the drops 3 times a day. By dinner that night I could barely eat half of my meal. The drops make you feel full. The second day I could not eat near as much food. Point in case Dad/Bill and I went to a movie and got our typical tub of popcorn. HALF the tub was still left when we left the theater. Today 1/16/10 Was the actual weight loss protocol. I have to say things went pretty well. I got a little hungry mid morning so I had a fruit. I was good until lunch. My biggest problem came around 4:00 until dinner at 6:30. I could have had another fruit but I decided I wanted to wait until this evening. Oh, and the last two days I have drank 100 ounces of water!!!!

  1. 4:00 on is such a hard time for me-always! "Weigh" to go! You can do it!
