As I sit at the computer this morning, I feel ashamed, embarrassed, and a lot of frustration within myself. I've been here before and WHY am I here again.....back at my heaviest weight yet. 222.6 I guess I could make lots of excuses's and I could also tell about the anxiety I went through the last time I lost 75 lbs, but it doesn't matter I am here and I am once again determined to DO THIS!!! AND so today I start my journey to lose the weight again. For my age the top of my range is 150.......So I am setting that as my goal......for now it will not be any higher than that and I may go lower.
Here's to healthy eating and exercise!!!!
